  Notes	John Robert died near Rookwood Station on the railway line at Lidcombe, New South Wales. He was aged 69 years, "late of Phillip Street Redfern and Lidcombe State Hospital & Home". Cause of death was injuries received at Rookwood railway line when struck by a train. An inquest was held at Burwood on 1/8/1947 by Jas H Wright, J.P. the coroner at Parramatta. The death certificate states that John Robert's father was Harry Willingale, dealer and that his mother's name was unknown. It also states that John Robert was unmarried and that he had been born in New South Wales. He was buried on 22 July 1947 in the Church of England Cemetery, Rookwood, witnessed by A. V. Delaney & D. Mackenzie.
