  Notes	In the Census of 1861 Caroline was recorded as living with her parents at 11 Silver Street Maldon. In the Census of 1871 she was still living with her parents at 3 High Street Maldon. In the Census of 1881 Caroline's occupation was recorded as being a Postal Clerk - Civil Servant, presumably at her parent's Post Office. She was recorded as still living with her parents. In 1891 at 52 High Street, now known as the "Post Office". Ann was now the Postmistress and Caroline the Post Office Clerk. They also had a live in servant, Rose Balls age 20. In the Census of 1901 Caroline, still unmarried and with her parents now deceased, was recorded as still being a Post Office Clerk and living with her sister Ann at 52 High Street Maldon presumably still the Post Office.
