My grandparents-Gretchen Peterson (nee Broughton) and Clinton Seymour Peterson - were in vaudeville from 1900 to 1925.
They traversed the world known as "The Novelty Clintons" for much of that time. They crossed the Atlantic from America to Europe and back nine times during their career, and they made enough money to enjoy many of those summers on personal travels touring both here and abroad.
