- Charles was a "Light Comedian" aged 32 and Lillian was a blouse saleswoman aged 28. They were bachelor and spinster. He was living at 110 Bayswater Place, Leeds and she lived at 14 Bayswater Terrace, Leeds at the time of the marriage. Charles's father was Edwin James Wright, a cycle maker (deceased) and Lillian's father was Bertwell Peters, a restaurant proprietor. Witnesses to the marriage were J. W. Conway and Ethel Crowder.

- According to his niece Dorothy Olive Wright, Gerald was an actor. His stage name was Gerald Wynott and he played in theatre and pantomime all over the country.
Gerald married Lily Peters whose parents ran a boatyard in Thorpe Bay, and they had a son named Peter. They moved "up north somewhere" and the family lost track of them.
Found out later that the son was actually named Gerald Peter.
In 1901 the family were living at 28 Grove Road, Southend on Sea RG13/1679/32 p56
