Frank, a grocery manager, died aged 53 on 3 April 1943 at 18 Rathcoole Avenue, Hornsey, Middlesex. He had suffered from Uraemia, and Chronic Nephritis. The death was registered by his son F. D. Willingale who resided at the same address.
Frank left a will which was proved on 29 June 1943, with effects amounting to £1101-4-5. Probate was granted to his widow Hannah Emily Willingale.
