  Frank was born in 85, Sebright Road, South Mims, Barnet, Middlesex on 16 July 1913. When his mother died in 1943 Frank was living at 78 Middleton Road, London N22. In the early 1960s Frank and family lived at 284 London Road, Westcliff on Sea. By 1966 they had moved to 69 Byrne Drive, Prittlewell. Frank died on 15 March 1994 in Southend General Hospital of bronchopneumonia and peptic ulcer disease. His address at the time was 37 Derek Gardens, Southend on Sea. Frank was cremated and his ashes were scattered in Willingale, Essex on New Years Day 2000.
