Witnesses were George Wilson and Elizabeth Lea.

  Known from the 1891 census. He married Madge Wyand in 1911 but his widow was named Gladys in 1957 so Madge either died or they divorced some time before this. Hayden was an actor according to his daughter's marriage certificate. He died aged 69 in Paddington General Hospital of Cor Pulminale, Emphysema and Chronic Bronchitis. His widow Gladys Broughton registered the death and their place of residence was 7 Pembridge Square, Kensington.
