Sadly missed by Diane. Funeral service at Treswithian Downs Crematorium, Camborne on Thursday 13th October at 11am. No flowers by request, donations if so desired for The British Heart Foundation by retiring collection or c/o David Hendy Funeral Services, Treswithian, Camborne TR14 7NW Tel.01209 612025 THE FUNERAL service has taken place at Treswithian Downs Crematorium, Camborne, for John William Willingale, aged 66, of Illogan. The service was conducted by the Rev Jim Hunkin. John was born on August 23, 1945, in Redhill, Surrey. He was one of two children born to William and Gladys Willingale, with an older sister, Eileen. In 1959 the family moved to Cornwall and his parents owned the newspaper shop in Church Street, Helston. John used to help his parents by delivering newspapers and he and his brother-in-law Brian used to collect the West Britons from the printers each week. As a teenager, John enjoyed music and was a keen drummer.
